Directive Principles are essential in the governance of the country and the state must and is bound to take positive actions in the implementation of the same in order to secure the concept of “Welfare State” as laid down by the founding fathers of the Constitution. These principles as rightly pointed out by Amartya Sen can be coined as “social rights” which are very indispensable to achieve the socio economic needs of the society. Hence, such principles should and must be implemented under every circumstance and the obligation to secure the same lies on the State.

Etymologically, the term ‘diaspora’ is derived from the Greek term ‘diasperien’. ‘Dia’ means ‘across’ and ‘sperien’ means ‘to sow or scatter seeds’. Currently, the term, ‘diaspora’ is referred to those displaced communities which have been dislocated from their homeland through migration, immigration or exile. They are the hordes of displaced persons and communities moving across the globe. ‘Diaspora’, therefore, suggests dislocation from a geographical location of origin and relocation in another territory or country.

The corrosion of zinc in phosphoric acid containing aniline has been studied at different acid concentrations, inhibitor concentration and temperatures. As the concentration of acid increases corrosion loss and I.E. (Inhibition efficiency) increases.  As the concentration of   inhibitor increases I.E.  aniline  also increases. As temperature increases corrosion   loss increases while percentage of I.E. decreases.
