Prior to differentiating between technical communication and literary communication, both these broad categories require some explanation.  These explanations were well given by Donald W. Bush and Charles P. Campbell in How to Edit Technical Documents. Some efforts also poured by H.W. fowler and F. G. Proteins are chains of amino acid joined by hydrogen bond. The linear chain forms secondary structures through hydrogen bond between amino acid in the linear chain. Through further interactions among amino acid groups the secondary structures fold to form three dimensional structures. Thus the structure of protein is largely determined by amino acid sequence.
