Stress in the work place has become an inevitable part of life in recent times. Organizational stress originates in organizational demands experienced by the individual. Although, it does have galvanizing effects to some extent making the life more challenging and charming; beyond a certain level, it leads to disturbances in personal as well as professional life. Organizations interested in building high performing culture need to examine the Organization Role Stress (ORS) patterns among their live wires – the employees; and come out with the remedial measures.

In the market driven economy, achieving the business goals involves uncertainties. This has necessitated shift from command and control organizations to learning organizations which makes people in organization most important. Along with many other HR practices, Performance Appraisal System is one of the most important systems that help the organization to navigate to goal attainment.

The word ‘Quality’ is from chemical industry. Quality has no common and universal definition. Quality has multiple definitions. The meaning of Quality differs from person to person. According to B.Ed. students components of Quality at B.Ed. level are Important for educational management, Continuous improvement, Educational Planning and Implementation. B.Ed. trainees believe that Leadership and Partnership, Classroom interaction, Quality of teaching – learning process, Evaluation process, Infrastructure of college and other facility.

The study examined the relationship of self-efficacy and problem behavior in relation to academic achievement of orthopedically disabled and able-bodied students. Participants were 200 students (100 orthopedically disabled and 100 able-bodied) selected from the inclusive and special schools of Haryana and Chandigarh. Data collected were analyzed using, Correlation, partial correlation and multiple correlations. Results show that self-efficacy positively correlated with academic achievement of orthopedically disabled and able-bodied students.
